IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION
COVID-19 AND ITS IMPACT ON OUR SERVICES TO YOU
As you are aware, the coronavirus continues to have a significant impact on the funeral industry. We are monitoring this closely on a daily basis and taking advice from our local cemeteries and crematoria, Department of Health and Human Services and keeping in regular contact with our industry colleagues.
In support of the strict government measures and for the well-being of the families that come into our care, our staff and the community, we have taken a number of precautionary measures to help reduce the spread of the virus.
We are following strict hygiene protocols including regular handwashing, use of hand sanitiser and use of gloves and masks where necessary. Also, we are offering our arrangements over the phone and via email whilst restricting face-to-face meetings to a maximum of one family member. We are adjusting our services due to the current regulations set by the government. We can also offer live streaming and recording for those who are unable to attend. Please call us for more information. We ask for your cooperation in not attending arrangements or funerals if you are unwell with cold and flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days or have recently arrived from overseas.
Although, the current environment requires all of us to have a level of compromise and understanding, we still remain committed to providing a high level of service and care. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
Warm regards,
Ian Allison
